This presence came over me, got on his knees, and comforted me. He told me, “Calm down. Let go. I got you.” I immediately took my last breath.
It's what happened next that would determine whether I was given a seat at a table in heaven.

About the Author
Terry Pope was born in Selma, Alabama to Ms. Willie Mae Thomas. He was raised in nearby Uniontown, where he currently resides. Terry is married to his high school sweetheart, Porsche, and they have two daughters, Peyton and Tinsley.
Terry is very passionate about reaching the lost and shares his testimony through song lyrics, as a member of an inspirational rap duo. He has traveled across the southeast spreading messages of hope and deliverance. One of his most unforgettable experiences came when he was invited to Haiti by the US Embassy to share his music and give words of inspiration.
When he is not writing, performing or delivering motivational speeches, Terry enjoys playing basketball, watching the food or travel channels on television. However, he loves spending those intimate moments with his family, just appreciating their presence.
Most importantly, Terry likes to spend time with God. He gives Him praise, shares his concerns and aspirations, and desires to be obedient to the things God has instructed him to do.
A Table in Heaven
It is amazing how many twists and turns a person can endure during the course of their life while in pursuit of their destiny. It seems no matter how straight and narrow the roads you decide to take appear to be, we move with caution because there is bound to be a curve or two.
Engage with my story and experience my life on GPS mode. There is a final destination. Remember that it is the journey you take while getting to that destination that defines you, and creates the person you were meant to be.
"You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives." (Genesis 50:20)
